A great deal of America is well catered for, one of the reasons I like to fly in the Areas I mentioned earlier but there are other parts that are not too clever at all (The tundra's of Canada/Alaska for example and Siberia) Where there should be beautiful lakes and beaver streams theres nothing but Forest. LR should put a little more effort into what is never-the-less pretty good terrain scenery. (It's definitely not Walt Disney style like some Sims)
Problem is there's a lot of people coming across from FSX and they are often more obsessed with Scenery than Aircraft or flying & they put pressure on LR for what they want.(In my opinion { & it's only an opinion} so many screenshots are spoilt by people trying to impress their collection of Scenery or often 'Mickey Mouse Airports' which results in a Vague shot of a plane swamped somewhere in the resulting visual confusion. Strangely enough these Guys tend to fly the 'Big Birds' & spend 95% of their time above 20.000ft & beyond visable view of the ground which they only see during brief Takeoffs/Landings??)
I dont think we can complain of the resolution in general offered by v10 at present--it's pretty neat & can only get better.I rarely fly more than 3000 above the regions ground level so I need reasonable GeologyTerrain Scenery.
