Yes, the perspective is a little off: above is the correct scale (165cm girl, 190cm plane). I can't recall the last time I actually stood next to a GA four-seater: I guess they're a little bigger than I imagined.

You know... this exchange made me recall that Flygirl model Desire', clocked in at about 5'11".
which means.. model 5'11", plus at least 3" heels, puts her effectively at about 6'1" to 6'3" depending on the shoe, plus with any amount of showy 'big hair'





Among the coolest things ever was all of the very real and very direct interaction with the planes the various FBO's and owners let the girls have. I've seen so many where they just get to stand next to planes, point or act as if in front of a poster otherwise, but in the above, Desire actually was there with the fuel truck and nozzle... in the plane. I think Pat even let her do the fueling, or some of it at least.




They had so much fun, including this last one where they roamed the area and found an unlocked Karmahn Ghia, oh the hooligans!

I've always wondered if some form of that shuttle can work as a aerodynamically sound aircraft.
