The newly rebuilt local Airport at Williamson-Sodus near KROC with its newly resurfaced runways and ramps is a great place to visit with any of the C74 aircraft.
Here is a shot of The Velocity XL touching down, and another shot of this sweet craft parked at the Williamson Flying Club. Note that all of the hangers and buildings have been fully reconditioned. 3G7 has been redesignated KSDC after its rework under the auspices of the FAA/DHS initiatives.

If anyone here is interested in having the Airport, I can supply the custom X-Plane scenery.

Aloha 8871!

Nice pic and airport. Would you consider making it public via other sites as well?

Great job on the scenery! I'd love to have it in my Custom Scenery folder. I recently did quite a bit of flying in Alaska, NWT and Canada lately and I built scenery as I progressed. If you're interested in any particular airports up north, let me know and I'll zip it up for you.

How can I get your scenery?

Miami night at Kendall-Tamiami in Malibu PA-46-310P (in PIPERS960)

Having a look at the updated lights file by sgabriel. The updated lights look right to me. the above image is auto-contrast hit with photoshop, though it is also calibrating brightness to the panel whites. compare to the night picture arriving KSMO Santa Monica (taken with a point & shoot kodak digital ~2003). as far as the real photo goes. remember it has been brightness adjusted to pull all the lights up. and the night overexposed camera gives it that haze glow too. the night city lights of urban areas will do that, especially along the coast with moist air. (what you're looking at in the picture comparisons is the intensity of the taxiway lights compared to runway and vasi lights. Scott described it better in his post at xpilot

AGUSTA A109E 9X

found some things nosing through some working folders. some closeup shots of the A109E tail rotor assembly. It's in the current 109 now, but few ever get back there and take a look, notice or say anything about it. so. here's a couple looks at it and the 109 of some images I dont think i've shown before.
