I worked a little bit on the conversion of the FSX Spain scenery by Toni Agramont. The default ground textures of X-Plane 9 don't look so good if you go to Spain, so I donloaded the photo scenery by X-Plane.es. After conversion you have to move almost all objects to fit to the scenery. What you see is a combination of photo scenery, converted 3d objects, Openscenery objects and OSM2XP. And the fine 172 by Jason, lol. Much work, I don't know if I should start the "Spain Project", it's just a little test around Gerona, LEGE.

those look great Ralf. Yesterday I flew LJX around a loop EDDM, EDDK, EDDV, EDDM and took about 170 pictures, now it's just a matter of sorting through and picking out a few to show in the topic, while all of them are uploading to the photo gallery. I now need to get down to the scenery locations you made. :)

Low altitude for the first two legs, 250KIAS. But as time was running short for the third leg back to the originating point, up to 15.5, 350 indicated, ~430 true. It was a great trip, all in all about 650nm. Austin lost the disk twice, found it once, and I had to restart one of the trip legs once because of that. done in real clock time to my own time, and with real weather. It's not often I go that prolific on screenshot taking, but that was a really nice trip. low altitude sight seeing, all VFR GPS direct conditions, just some basic hauling the mail service.

I haven't had a lot of flight time lately but squeezed some in last night in the wonderfully balanced Archer III. Here I'm taking a nice evening cruise over the peaks and alpine meadows of Washington's beautiful Olympic Mountains.

Should have read Nice 'n' clear weez & Ralf--like them!See you've both sorted the jagged edges--they used to spoil good pictures for me.

Don't know how I managed to miss out on this one for so long--she's got 'Class' & Flies real smooth.
