The panels in your cockpits for the Learjet and Learfan are really clean and well laid out. With the advent of XP10 and the more complete support of the full use of both of the GPS units and their communications and Navigation radios, I would like to suggest a consideration for the layout of the pannel such that the radio control panel is swapped with the location of the ATC ID pannel in these two aircraft. This allows the preselection and use, from the fully visible upper cockpit instruments, of all the radio controls without having to change the 3D View and the extra manipulation of selection buttons and wheels this requires. It is not a criticism of the layout in a real aircraft, but only is suggested for the better human interface in the light of simulator display considerations.
The layout in the Joker meets the requirements I have suggested in every way and is much better suited to the new ATC operations of XP10.
KEYW is in the final stages of completion, lacking final tweeks, and a set of signage. I encose a shot of the Airport in its present stage of development.

you can arrange/rearrange the panels to suit your preference of radio locations. I'll have a look at the LJ25. probably a pretty easy unit move proposition. i'll compare the Joker to the LFX/LJX to see what you mean there, I thought it was pretty proper already in those.

By the way, initially I had some problems using the Cirrus in XP 10; the Avidyne did not work correctly (it did show black rectangles instead of numbers, for example), but diabling Gizmo made it work again (although the display is not black when avionics are switched off).

Thanks At least the part from Prince Rupert (Canada) to Hongkong I've already done some months ago in a DC-3. But indeed, the new tour is much much longer. If everything goes well, it will take 17 days of flying, plus breaks. I consider this a longterm project. )

When I thought about which plane to use, it was basically a decision between your Cirrus and Cameron's Corvalis. Both are great planes, but in the end, the Cirrus' feels more "friendly" to me.

I'm a light medium prop man myself & agree with your choices. However for a long flight like yours I'd be tempted to Jet it a bit. I like Jasons Learjet & Gulfstream II but they're on the large size for me. Jasons Cessna Mustang or Piperjet on the other hand really are a pleasure to fly and not a big step up from the Cirrus. I've noticed that there seem to be three main catagories of Sim pilots --the major group in their Airliners (No interest at all for me) the light GA props/some small jets (Can't get enough of these & I just love basic navigation) & the Blood, Fire, Guns 'n' bullets Brigade (Again no at all interest for me) Still we are all well catered for in v10.

that's a great way to break that down Swantee. I found even for myself the LJ25 and GII are the high side of my range, even a hint outside of it. They definitely have their use for high-fast-&-far, with on board capacity for that same duration. You're also right about the military&combat sort, the T6X (trainer) or the xBone are at the edges of military flavor, as is the Mercenary ("MERX") labeled liveries which can be any contractor that could range into there, from the edge. As far as the true GA range, the way I learned it was that it was less about the range of the plane, but more about the range of the pilot (or more importantly any passengers) bladders or biological limits. That puts most flight legs in the 2-2.5hr range. The plane may be able to go for 4-6hrs... but tell that to the sheila in the #2 seat or back. hahahahahaha

I also own your Cessna Citation CX510, but for this tour, it HAD to be a small propeller plane. In 2006, some other guy started a world tour with (your!) Cessna 172, and ended it successfully in 2008. His trip mainly fascinates me because of the small little plane in the big big world -- that's ... cute Also, he named his plane after (his? a?) girl, and so do I
