that's a straight blender textured view. not even a rendering. the plane is pre-textured for the static one, the floor is full render baked with the light shadows, wouldn't necessarily be part of the hangar obj. but the floor and hangar interior texures are baked with cast light and occlusion. it'll look exaclty like that (depending on your texture resolution setting) in xp.
